Introduction
The introduction phase begins when you first contact us and share your remodeling ideas. We will answer any preliminary questions you have and determine if the project size and location is a good fit.

Discovery
The Discovery phase is when we dig in and learn as much as possible about your remodel goals. We lead you on a specific discovery path until we have a clearly defined and prioritized scope of work. We will share historical price range and timeframe data for similar projects so you have an idea of general costs before taking the next step.

Site Meeting
The Site Meeting is an exciting time! With a clearly defined scope of work in hand, we will walk through your home with you to share what to expect from a Builder’s point of view. We will provide a ballpark price range following the meeting and discuss next steps.

Design
You are ready to make your remodeling vision a reality! During the Design Phase, we will create the “recipe” for your remodel including all Interior Design, Specification Development and Architectural Design components. By the end of this phase you will have a detailed cost estimate and we will have all of the details necessary for a successful project.

Once we learn about your scope of work, we are happy to give you a general estimated cost range. If it aligns with your budget and you wish to get more detailed, we offer an Interior Design and Spec Development Agreement. After working with our team under this Agreement, you will have a specific “recipe” for your remodel and an itemized estimate to accompany it.
We have our own in-house Design Studio, Interior Designer and Architectural Designer. We are fully prepared to handle the entire scope of work as well as secure the necessary building permits as part of your home renovation and/or remodel project.
Every job is unique, so timing is based on the scope of work.The time frame in which your project will be completed is in writing on our contract, and is based on when commencement begins.
No. We install a lockbox on-site so our craftsmen can come and go as necessary. It is best to vacate the house during construction in most cases. Depending on the scope of work, vacating the house can be a requirement.
